Front End Specialist
Immediate opening for a front end HTML developer current in modern web development practices including responsive design, javascript interaction design/implementation, HTML5, semantic markup, and CSS frameworks. Candidate should possess strong communication ability and willingness to work directly with designers during the design process. Candidate should also possess the following:
Top three skills:
- Expert knowledge of Responsive Web Design (RWD)
- Experience with JS frameworks (e.g. Angular, Backbone, or Ember)
- Mastery of HTML5 and CSS3
Additional skills and qualifications:
- Experience with Bootstrap 3 or Foundation
- Translate wireframes into well organized and structured HTML/CSS
- Integrate existing JavaScript and jQuery plugins or develop new ones when it makes sense
- Familiarity with JS frameworks: Angular, Backbone, or Ember
- Ability to work closely with designers and follow design direction
- Passionate about maintaining the creative vision of the design
