Hospital Medical Device Sales; Well known medical sales leader and strong growth company in medical devices and medical disposable products.  This huge benefit company is seeking an experienced Hospital Sales Representative that has sold into the acute care (hospital sales) marketplace! This is a company that prides itself with excellent products that are patient need focused and a wonderful company culture that supports work life balance for its employees. They are looking for a proven sales professional with high energy, who knows how to relationship sell to support the high current market penetration, as well drive NEW Hospital sales within the Acute Care Setting. This is a well-cared for territory that is exceeding quota and in line to be a top performer! The right candidate will have a MINIMUM of 3 to 5 years of acute care medical disposable's or medical device sales with high energy and DRIVE to continue the momentum of this territory!
  
 
Position Location and Coverage
  • Position based out of Little Rock, AR or Memphis, TN (Little Rock Applicants ONLY apply to this post)
  • Territory Covers Western TN, All of AR, Southwestern MO and Northwestern MS
  • 20% to 30% Travel (5 to 6 overnights per month)
Compensation:
 
  • Base 65K to 75K Base, dependent on candidates background
  • Commission at plan: 48K uncapped with a Guaranteed commission amount the first year!
  • 115K low to 130K high end (territory currently over plan!)
  • Issued a COMPANY CAR with all maintenance and ALL related expenses covered!
  • All Reimbursed Travel and Entertainment
  • Full medical, dental benefits and 401K
  • Stock GRANTS for performers!

Required Skills

* Minimum 3 to 5 years of successful Acute Care Medical Sales experience.
* Understands how to market products through a GPO and IDN network.
* Must have experience calling in Hospital Purchasing, Material Management and Dept. heads (Nursing and Physician) to drive sales and GPO compliance.
* Has sold a medical product that entails nurse and staff in-servicing
* Consistent DOCUMENTED over quota sales performance
* Lives in desired home base of territory
* 4 year degree a must (no exceptions)
* Resume reflects Job Stability vs. multiple jobs (job hopping)
* Must have a STRONG drive and desire to take on the territory with an entrepreneurial spirit and make it their own!
*Prefers someone who understands how to sell a product utilizing and selling through a Medical Dealer network (Like McKesson, Baxter and etc.).



Optional Skills

* Prefer someone with has current customer relationships within the same Acute Care Geography.
* Prefer those that understand how to sell a product that is Nurse Driven.
