Description

Dental Device Sales Representative: This LEADING, TOP GROWTH Dental Device Company is looking for an aggressive, proven STRONG sales representative who is EARLY in their career (this is an entry level position) and wants to break out of BtoB Sales or Medical Device Sales (no more than 5 years of pharma) and CAN PROVE their strong sales record!   Best if you have some B2B with a bit of pharma or lab sales. You are assigned a territory and responsible for your own sales numbers!

This is a VERY PROFESSIONAL sale. calling on highly trained Orthodontists and targeted Dentists selling the state of the art dental devices.   Will consider a STRONG BtoB IF you have Top Sales Performance, Graduated with an overall 3.0 GPA and preference for Science oriented undergrad degree.  Pharma Reps. will be considered if NO MORE than 5 years, NO PODS and top line overall sales.  (intense training and education involved in the program sell approach).  Dental background is valued!

This is a highly technical sales based on educating and training Orthodontists and General Dentist on medical device product application, as well as the art of helping the physician build their revenue and profit with the use of direct to patient advertising and training.  A unique opportunity with an innovative leader in the marketplace who values those sales professionals who can grow and maintain their physician customers through hard work, service and relationship building.

Position Location and Coverage:

  • Ventura, CA (will entertain those within 40 minutes of drive, including Santa Barbara, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley)
  • Territory coverage: Lompoc, to Agoura, to Lancaster, Palmdale; heart of territory in Ventura, Thousand Oaks, Santa Barbara 
  • 25% travel

Compensation:

  • $85K to 95K realistic first year, although overide commission available of uncapped 100K
  • Remember, this job is an entry level job that can advance in time to the 120K to 160K uncapped senior sales positions!
  • Base 55K with commission (territory already established with commission payments generated).
  • Generous Car Allowance per month plus gas
  • ALL reimbursed Travel and Entertainment
  • Full medical, dental benefits and 401K

Required Skills

*4 Year College Degree a MUST!
*2 to 3 Yrs. Minimum Outside Sales Experience with proven top sales performance in BtoB sales OR WITH MEDICAL SALES or Pharmaceutical Sales.
*Early Orthopedic Sales people are welcome to apply!
*Associate Stryker People ok WITH strong previous BtoB sales territory.
*BtoB Sales Experience must be copier, gallo wine, enterprise rental car, ADP, Paychex, Cintas or other aggressive outside sales with documented sales performance.
*No more than 2 jobs the past 5 years.
*Sales warriors only apply; this is a huge opportunity for a top sales person EARLY in their career to enter the world of medical-dental device sales (or a pharma person with not more than 5 years of pharma to get out!!).
