Pharmaceutical District Sales Manager:Global healthcare company has a position available for a successful Pharmaceutical Sales Manager who has been managing (Hiring, conducting performance reviews and direct manager of a team of pharmaceutical sales people) and can show successful product growth and hitting sales quota's as well as strong coaching and mentorship abilities. You will be responsible for the sales representatives who will be driving the sales numbers of the Pediatric Nutritional products in hospitals and office settings. A MINIMUM of 3 to 4 years of direct report pharmaceutical sales management is required (managing sales people who call upon hospitals selling pharmaceuticals or physician influenced pharma type product).
Position Location- Boston, MA
- Some overnights: 40% overnight travel
- Total Compensation: 121K to 140K
- Base of 110K to 120K + Variable Bonus
- Company Car plus Gas
- All Travel Expenses

*Bachelors Degree
*3 to 4 years of pharmaceutical SALES MANAGEMENT managing a team of sales people.
*Must have (previous to sales management background) sold a pharmaceutical for 3 years prior to promotion.
*Must have experience managing a nutritional or pharmaceutical sales team calling upon Hospitals and Doctors Offices: Hiring, executing Performance Management, Conducting Performance Reviews and etc.
