Job Description
Our Client is currently seeking an Automated QA contractor to join their R&D development team. Our Client is also open to bringing a Software Developer on board with experience developing in C# that would be open to transitioning into more of a QA role. Our Client is also open to bringing on a tester with manual testing experience that would consider writing test automation as desired.
This contract will initially start at 6 months and will most likely get extended for an additional 6 months (potential for conversion).
The ideal candidate will have experience writing test scripts using the C# development language in an automated testing environment.
Primary testing tools include: Visual Studio, MS Test, Load Testing, and Selenium for the UI.
This position will focus on testing a Browser Based Web Services Application with a SQL Server Back-end. The functionality includes Check Scanning/Capturing for Deposits (Image Analysis).
The SDLC environment does follow a tight Agile process, so knowledge of this methodology will be helpful. Experience with automated testing in a web development environment would also be preferred.
