We’re looking for a talented IT Intern to work closely in our IT department (Information Services). As an IT Intern, you’ll work with our small team to help provide IT support to the New York office of Human Rights First. Enthusiasm for solving interesting and complex problems is a must. The candidate chosen for this role will build and strengthen a broad array of skills, including: analytical and problem solving skills, inventory and auditing skills as well as facility infrastructure management. | Required Skills | •Prior 1 – 2 years IT work or internship experience •Approximately 12 - 18 hours per week commitment •Excellent communication skills •Demonstrated problem solving experience and trouble shooting skills •Good judgment •Excellent organizational skills and superior attention to detail and employee/customer service •Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects •Experience working and /or strong interest within non-profit sector |
