Medical Device Sales Representive: This LEADING, TOP GROWTH Dental Device Company is looking for an aggressive, proven STRONG sales representative who has already transitioned from a STRONG BtoB Sales Position (like copiers, paychex, ADP, Cintas or Telecom) into medical sales and has TOP SALES Performance AND CAN PROVE IT! (STRONG BtoB with medical sales are BEST match) with TOP PRESIDENTS selling performance.  This is a VERY PROFESSIONAL sale. calling on highly trained Orthodonists and targeted Dentists selling the state of the art dental devices.   Will consider a STRONG BtoB only IF you have Top Sales Performance, Graduated with an overall 3.0 GPA and preference for Science oriented undergrad degree.  Pharma Reps. will be considered if NO MORE than 3  years top sales award PLUS same strong previous BtoB sales hard charger background.  (intense training and education involved in the program sell approach).  

This is a highly technical sales based on educating and training Orthodontists and General Dentist on medical device product application, as well as the art of helping the physician build their revenue and profit with the use of direct to patient advertising and training.  A unique opportunity with an innovative leader in the marketplace who values those sales professionals who can grow and maintain their physician customers through hard work, service and relationship buildining.

Position Location and Coverage:

  • Fullerton, Placentia, Yorba Linda, Rowland Heights, La Habra, Brea, Buena Park, Anaheim, Orange, Garden Grove
  • Must be Based within the Geography 
  • No overnights (other than attending sales meetings and dental and orthodontic trade shows).

Compensation:

  • $120,000 realistic first year (experienced person 125K to 130K, with top sales performers at 160K and some over 200K)
  • Base 55K with (no exceptions, the money is in the uncapped commission!)
  • Generous Car Allowance of $784 per month plus gas
  • ALL reimbursed Travel and Entertainment
  • Full medical, dental benefits and 401K

Required Skills

*3 to 5 Yrs. Outside Sales Experience with proven top sales performance in BtoB sales ALONG WITH MEDICAL SALES.
*BotB Sales Experience favored(Business to Business Sales) with at least a minimum of 1 or 2 years medical sales.
*BtoB Sales Experience must be copier, gallo wine, enterprize rental car, ADP, Paychex, Cintas or other aggressive outside sales with documented sales performance. (NO Insurance Sales, NO Financial Sales, No Realestate Sales)
*No more than 2 jobs the past 5 years.
*Sales warriors only apply; this is a huge opportunity for a top sales performers to make uncapped earning of over 140K ++ after 2 years of experience with the company.
* Will Consider TOP PHARMA perons (no more than 3 to 4 years with TOP AWARDS, no pods) PLUS previous STRONG 3 to 5 years BtoB background.

Pay Range
$120,000.00   Annually to $130,000.00   Annually
