Title: Vice President, Brand Services

Location: Radnor, PA

As the Vice President of Brand Services, you will drive Essent Marketing’s design, digital, events & conferences, analytics as well as marketing communications functions.  Reporting to the head of marketing, this role will have an enterprise level marketing accountabilities across MI and Title channels.  This role will work in close collaboration with marketing peers in the MI and Title Channel Marketing Directors as well as the Director, Customer Training.  As a key leader in our marketing organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping go-to-market MI/Title strategies, building brand awareness, and driving digital strategy. The successful candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision, collaborative excellence, leadership acumen, and a proven track record of delivering impact in leadership marketing roles within financial services and/or insurance industries.

As a dynamic and resourceful professional, we will rely on you to perform the following duties:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high performing team marketing professionals across disciplines, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with key internal constituents across both MI and Title leadership to understand key business drivers and marketing needs, identify growth opportunities, and develop marketing programs to support business development efforts.
  • Overall management of the marketing communications queue from ideation, development through to measurement.
  • Direct, project manage and provide leadership direction to departmental digital designer as well as ownership of delivering differentiating design across print and digital mediums.
  • Management oversight of both existing MI national events and conference calendar as well the development of the corresponding Title calendar development. This is inclusive of but not limited to tradeshow resources, conference tiers development and all operational aspects supporting customer facing conferences.
  • Ownership over development and execution of successful digital marketing strategies, with a strong focus on digital campaigns that make a demonstrable impact to operational metrics (i.e. quotes/ordering) across both the MI and Title channels. As the VP of Brand Services, you will be responsible for driving the overall digital vision, overseeing the development of innovative campaigns, and ensuring the function’s continued growth and success.
  • Contribute to managing annual budget for all brand services activities, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to drive desired outcomes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
  • BA/BS Degree. Master’s desirable but not required.
  • A minimum of 15+ years' experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles focused on brand services within financial services and/or insurance industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Mortgage and Title Insurance industries, including market trends, competition, and emerging marketing strategies.
  • Proven track record of driving successful field marketing strategies and initiatives that contribute to both account management and acquisition goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious goals, fostering a culture of results and accountability.
  • Deep understanding of marketing technologies, tools, and best practices, with experience leveraging data and analytics to drive decision-making.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding experience with a track record of results in applying strong strategic thinking and vision to deliver outsized impact.
  • Proven track record of driving and aligning organizational goals.
