Opportunity

Dynamic, Entrepreneurial FinTech Startup is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can help assist with performance marketing efforts and managing campaigns end-to-end. If you are a self-driven individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, a drive to succeed in a team environment, and want to be a consultant for a fast-growing company, we’re looking for you!

This is a unique opportunity for a highly organized and motivated professional to work with a well-funded, innovative FinTech brand and help oversee the successful completion of projects.
 

The Details:

  • Location: Remote
  • Duration: 3-month contract with a chance for full-time hire

What you’ll do:

You’ll work closely with our client to support various facets of the marketing process. Responsibilities may include:

  • Run performance marketing efforts, focused on acquiring, converting and retaining customers through paid channels
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to efficiently execute on growth marketing priorities (i.e., write short copy, provide direction to creative team to create marketing assets, set up campaign tracking, etc.)
  • Manage marketing projects end-to-end, from ideation and strategy to execution and measurement
  • Analyze campaign data and measure their performance
  • Assist in the development of digital marketing materials (email, web, banner ads, etc.)
  • Manage materials through the review process and incorporating feedback, as needed

 

What you have:

  • Undergraduate degree required
  • 1-3 years work experience (agency experience nice, but not required)
  • Prior experience or knowledge of paid media/paid search space
  • Experience with Google Ads/Google Analytics
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, advanced Excel skills a plus
  • Adaptable, problem solver, self-motivated, take initiative
  • Prior B2B or Ecommerce experience, a major plus but not required
