Dynamic, Entrepreneurial Marketing Consulting Company is seeking a Lending Acquisition Performance Manager to contribute to our Fortune 100 Financial Services Client. The Lending Acquisition Performance Manager will have significant exposure at our client working on highly visible and innovative Loan and Pay Products, engaging and retaining customers and building strong margins on the products.

- Manage daily tracking of acquisition results (including loan volumes, terms, profile, and channel performance, as well as digital placement and funnel efficacy) across the Lending product suite to identify opportunities to improve product performance and highlight watch-outs to investigate
- Oversee digital user experience tracking to identify customer experience opportunities to improve product conversion rates
- Ensure full coverage of acquisition channel and digital placement tracking to ensure performance is meeting expectations and acquisition strategy is functioning as designed
- Communication of product acquisition & digital performance to senior leaders as well as key partners including Marketing, Digital, Decision Management and Risk
- Ensure the acquisition reporting is robust, fulsome, and accurate, and facilitates on-going monitoring of a rapidly growing business
- Automate reporting to decrease completion time and streamline reporting processes
- 5+ years in product management, data analytics, finance, or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economic, Math, or related field
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience working with lots of data and deriving business insights from data
- Understanding of installment lending, credit card economics, marketing strategy, and digital experiences
- Ability to clearly visualize data and develop a story to help drive lending strategy and success for leadership and executive-level communications
- Ability to forge strong partnerships and influence without direct authority within the lending team and cross-functional organization
