The Lending Performance Analytics Manager will have significant exposure at our client working on highly visible and innovative Loan and Pay Products, engaging and retaining customers and building strong margins on the products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze performance of loan and pay products to quantify incremental engagement and profitability
• Perform segmentation analyses on loan and pay products performance to identify customer segments to enhance acquisition and customer engagement strategies
• Enhance existing performance tracking and communication of insights to senior leaders as well as key partners including Marketing, Digital, Decision Management and Risk
• Develop framework for analyzing loan and pay product offer strategy (pricing and duration) test and learn, including key performance indicators to track and inform winning offerings
• Amplify communication of offer strategy test learnings to senior leaders and drive execution of changes to offer strategy in future campaigns
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline the performance and offer strategy analytics processes to decrease completion time

Candidate Qualifications:

• 7+ years in pricing, data analytics, finance, or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economic, Math, or related field
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience working with lots of data and deriving business insights from data
• Understanding of installment lending, credit card economics, pricing, and marketing strategy
• Ability to clearly visualize data and develop a story to help drive lending strategy and success for leadership and executive-level communications
• Ability to forge strong partnerships and influence without direct authority within the lending team and cross-functional organization
