We are looking for a customer centric omnichannel innovator to bring their skills to design and implement a highly impactful digital marketing campaign and customer experience for the first drug launch of the client. This Director role will report to the Vice President of US Marketing. Your primary responsibility will be to create a holistic digital strategy that spans multiple digital channels such as media and social, web and mobile, as well as enabling the effective use of digital tools in personal promotion, all in alignment with launch brand strategy. You will be responsible for identifying leading edge, innovative and compliant approaches through digital media to enable customer engagement, education and prescribing of their new drug.
 

What you’ll do:

·       Lead CRM/Digital expertise and execution across all HCP and institutional channels (e.g., email, web, mobile, apps, social, etc.) with a focus on customer experience in harmony with the launch and brand strategy.

·       Work with cross-functional team (HCP, Institutional, and Consumer Marketing, Data & Analytics, IT, Agency) to design and implement ideal customer experiences aligned to journey phases & strategic messaging strategy.

    • Design personal-based journeys focusing on the most meaningful moments HCPs
    • Create personalized and contextual journeys based on digital experiences

·       Develop and execute media strategy; Bring best-in-class experience with acquisition technology, partners and media management

·       Measure/optimize the performance of marketing campaigns at both a national and local level by using channel metrics, site metrics and overall engagement behavior to drive strategic recommendations and optimize brand profitability

·       Manage development and execution of plans (timelines) from start to finish for CRM/Digital programs (i.e., Social, email, website touchpoints, etc.).

·       Partner with customer facing teams and sales leadership to optimize digital and virtual customer engagement training and pull-through

·       Collaborate effectively with Brand Marketing, Creative / CRM / Digital agencies, Market Research, Analytics, IT, Sales Operations, and Medical/Regulatory/Legal integrated business partners.

·       Maintain a deep understanding of Brand customer insights, journey and segmentation strategies - and apply them to CRM/Digital campaigns and programs.

·       Provide input and inspiration through active participation in the annual brand strategy and tactical planning process.

·       Partner closely with Medical/Regulatory/Legal/Privacy partners to educate, lead and help anticipate and balance organizational needs with new initiatives. Present capabilities and garner buy-in/feedback from senior leadership across various stakeholder functional areas.

·       Troubleshoot roadblocks and identify creative and compliant solutions to facilitate forward motion of new initiatives.

What you’ll have:

·       BS/BA degree with 10+ years of experience including 5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience with product launch experience

·       Demonstrable experience across a range of practical digital disciplines such as paid media, SEO, digital analytics, UX design, email marketing, etc.

·       In-depth knowledge of secondary data sources employed in advance omnichannel marketing like claims data, EMR, IMS DDD, pharmacy retail, IDNs and GPOs

·       Ability to work cross-functionally, evolve business models and influence long-term business strategies

·       Significant experience working with creative and media agencies is required.

·       Promotional material & tactical development experience required.

·       Customer Journey Mapping experience required.

·       Deep understanding and technical platform knowledge to execute a seamless customer experience

·       Strong acumen for understanding market strategy, market research, brand positioning and tactical plan development.

·       Be able to manage and working within financial and budgetary goals.

·       An understanding of FDA regulations for drug promotions and experience in working with legal, medical and regulatory review processes.
