As Data Scientists, we work with business leaders to solve clients’ business challenges and improve clients’ marketing results. We contribute our Advanced Data Science subject matter expertise to the recommendations and solutions delivered to our clients. We spend the majority of our time on getting data into proper shape, performing statistical analyses, developing predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve clients’ business problems.  We evaluate different sources of data, discover patterns hidden within raw data, create insightful variables, and develop competing models with different machine learning algorithms. We validate and cross validate our recommendations to make sure our recommendations will perform well over time.


Main Responsibilities:

·        Define, build, test, and maintain reporting infrastructure and data analysis.

·        Perform data cleaning, data QC, and integrate data from different data sources.

·        Establishes and maintains data governance efforts.

·        Partners with key stakeholders within the CVS team to ensure all data sources needed for reporting are defined and incorporated into the appropriate                  data-mart/data-set

·        Works on requirements and review the quality of work before moving to production.

 

Qualifications

 

·        5-7 years’ professional experience in advanced data analytics

·        Highly analytical, metrics-driven, with the ability to turn empirical data into insightful, strategic decisions and tactical team plans

·        Attention to detail and a passion for precision and accuracy

·        Strong analytical, organizational & time management skills

·        Excellent hands-on experience on Tableau and SQL

·        Excellent interpersonal skills required to deal effectively with a wide range of individuals and cultures, at all levels

·        Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with others

·        Experience working in infrastructures such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Palantir.
          MS Degree in the Data Analytic Field
