We are a growing company—born at the intersection of advanced analytics, data and technology. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to work with our Global Center of Data Science Excellence in India.

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead will work with the hiring managers in their specific practice groups and provide full lifecycle best practice recruitment service. He/she will execute talent acquisition strategies to identify, attract and hire high-quality talent for the business/region, utilizing active and passive sourcing techniques to fill existing and future job openings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Blend360’s current and future staffing needs using the HR service delivery framework.
  • Execute full life-cycle recruiting processes, including the HR-related onboarding of new employees
  • Partner with Business Partners, line managers, US & EU Recruitment Teams and other key stakeholders to execute hiring based on business goals.
  • Extensive experience in sourcing and building a candidate pipeline.
  • Finding and engaging passive candidates through various channels. Create talent engagement plans for passive candidates.
  • Communicate with external sources, i.e. peer organizations to acknowledge any trends in recruitment and markets which could impact the business
  • Extensive experience in market research and talent mapping strategies
  • Experience in advanced Talent search techniques
  • Experience in attracting candidates from Tech sites like Github, Stackoverflow, Kaggle's and Angelist, Behance, Dribble
  • Build a culture of appreciation and recognition.

Required Skills and Experience

  • At least 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition specially in Technical Recruitment.
  • Experience in hiring for Start-ups is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and sourcing.
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
  • Has excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Has willingness to be flexible: Works beyond what is described in the job description.

Educational Qualifications

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
