This is a long term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.

- Facilitates and supports the work of the Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in the Solution Train Manages and optimizes the flow of value through the Solution Train using various tools
- Facilitates Pre- and Post-Program Increment (PI) Planning to coordinate and integrate the outcomes of PI Planning across ARTs
- Aggregates Program PI Objectives into Solution PI Objectives Facilitates any necessary communication between delivery groups within a Value Stream Drives continuous improvement via Inspect and Adapt (I&A) at the Large Solution layer
- Encourages collaboration between System Architects and Solution Architects, User Experience, and Engineers
- Reports status, and supports activities related to Lean Portfolio Management
- Facilitates the Solution Demo Helps manage risks and dependencies across ARTs
- Escalates and tracks impediments across ARTs
- Helps with strategy and execution alignment working with Solution Management, Product Management, and stakeholders
- Encourages and facilitates Solution-level continuous integration and communities of practice for Quality, Engineering, SAFe, Agile, and Lean
Desired Experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills, particular strength communicating between business and technology teams
- Ability to develop productive working relationships with a wide variety of teams and leaders Enthusiasm for Agile development methodologies
- 3 to 5 years of deep understanding of Agile development processes and methodology at scale (SAFe) as a Scrum Master and/or Release Train Engineer
- Good understanding of multiple SDLC methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and Scale Agile (SAFe)
- Demonstrated and applied experience initiating and successfully delivering complex initiatives
- Sufficient understanding of technology/business to lead Scrum teams and assist in overcoming roadblocks
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to navigate a fast paced, highly matrixed organization effectively
- Ability to remove barriers and enable teams to complete their objectives
- Proven ability to present and communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally
- A proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders; mobilize and motivate teams; set direction and approach; resolve conflict; deliver tough messages with grace; execute with limited information and ambiguity
