Dynamic, Entrepreneurial Marketing Consulting Company is seeking a Digital Media Manager to join our Fortune 100 Financial Services Client's Acquisition team supporting their launch of Google Pay! You’ll have the chance to be part of an exciting, high-profile team that works across digital channels to provide recommendations to help the client reach their acquisition goals. In addition to working with various product and segment owners to deliver stellar digital media marketing campaigns, the individual will consult with strategists as well as creative agencies on campaign design related to functionality (e.g. responsive, ADA guidelines), best practices, and test design options. They’ll also have an innate ability to navigate an evolving market and shift priorities based on real-time feedback. What You'll Do:

Lead the operations and execution of digital marketing campaigns for our client’s partnership marketing acquisitions, with an emphasis on managing media execution and creative QA, control processes, and budgets.  This role will work closely with the rest of the broader digital acquisitions team, data science, risk, fraud, legal, and compliance teams, as well as the client’s digital media agency and vendor partners.  Strong cross-functional skills and adaptability to change are an absolute must.

 

The Details:

  • Location: Remote for the foreseeable future with 1-2 days per week in NYC office post-pandemic
  • Duration: 12 months

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the channel’s creative development across desktop, mobile, native, and social platforms:
    • Various display advertising assets (includes banners and native units) refreshes, new creative opportunities, and budget required for development
  • Updating of landing pages to account for product changes
  • Manage the tracking, testing, and QA of all campaigns for the accuracy, functionality, and documenting as necessary to ensure flawless execution of media
  • Manage monthly media budgets to ensure investment is spent correctly and efficiently to deliver maximum value to the business.
  • Work closely with agency partners and other vendors, including agency media and analytics teams, to ensure that they provide maximum value by delivering flawless execution and value while adding strategic support to Acquisitions team.
  • Attend all project meetings & manage project budget; help drive the goals, timelines, and progress of the Google Pay implementation
  • Provide recommendations to the project team to help them reach their acquisition goals and meet all deadlines 

 

This role will require flexibility to meet evolving business needs. Completing the above tasks will require:

  • Utmost attention to detail and strong organization skills especially as it pertains to following legal and compliance guidelines
  • A keen sense of curiosity and willingness to ask questions that can drive positive change
  • Proactively looking for ways to improve existing processes to drive efficiencies
  • An ability to make independent decisions, but a willingness to value and incorporate differing viewpoints into decision making
  • Working with key partners across the business including Cards and Bank product, marketing, MarTech, data science, legal, and compliance teams
  • Managing multiple projects across several agency and vendor partners, with the keen ability to facilitate projects to meet deadlines

 

Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years’ marketing experience
  • Ability to pivot and incorporate feedback into campaigns in real-time
  • Must have prior digital media experience at an external agency or in-house agency
  • Display media and programmatic advertising experience required 
  • Tactical paid media experience (SEM, display)
  • Strong reporting and data analytics experience 
  • Hands-on experience working within campaign management tools to support the process of digital media campaign execution 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer experience. Previous work with acquisition marketing campaigns is a plus.
  • Preferred candidates will have a strong working knowledge of bid management tools, direct search engine UI’s, and campaign restructure experience.
  • Previous financial services experience a plus, but not required
  • History of executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Effective agency and budget management experience
  • GMP and SA360 experience is a plus, but not required
