Conexess Group is aiding a St. Louis based client in their search for a Remote UX Research Analyst.  This is a long term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.

We are looking for a UX Research Analyst with a passion for user experience. You will be expected to work closely with senior researchers, data teams in other parts of the organization, business and product teams, and the extended experience design team to track quantitative markers of the user experience. You should have experience applying your quantitative research background (from social science, computer science, or other analytics-heavy discipline) to helping design and product teams get the data they need to make decisions. You will be asked to test ideas that give us a deeper understanding of user behavior – this includes helping to create user profiles, model customer journeys, measure and refine UX metrics, etc. Data visualization and presentation skills are key in this role.

 In addition to statistical skills the ideal candidate will have experience in customer journey mapping and or journey analytics. Working cross functionally, you will focus on the end to end customer journey which includes the integration of both quantitative and qualitative data.  You will research and analyze the data to distill customer trends and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and achieve business goals.  Create and deliver well designed documentation (journey maps, and insights) to support the design and execution of the customer experience and related products.

  • Data prep for analytics and data science
  • Data visualization and story telling
  • Journey analytics creation
  • Presentations to partners and stakeholders
  • SQL, Hadoop ecosystem, Spark, Python, R, Excel, Tableau, teamwork in JIRA, Confluence and MS Office
  • Experience using Sketch or other design tools
  • 3-6 years of work experience in the IT field and a broad knowledge of technology.
