Conexess Group is aiding a Tampa based client in their search for a Desktop Support Technician. This is a contract to hire job opportunity with a competitive compensation package.

- Installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and configures Windows and/or Macintosh desktop and laptop computer systems and problems.Installs and configures local area data communications networks which may carry data, voice and video communications to defined standards.
- Resolves network communications and connectivity problems for network attached workstations.
- Manages service request queue and resolves daily hardware and software service and support requests.
- 3+ years experience in previous desktop support roles REQUIRED
- Strong customer service skills required
