On behalf of our client international company that operate in the Oil&Gas field as EPC Contractor and with more that 1000 employees, we are looking for a

HSE COORDINATOR

Work Purpose:

Being appointed as Health and Safety Coordinator for the project on behalf of the Contractor. Managing and finalizing the HSE-tasks for the project design. Ensure Compliance of project Activities with Danish HSE legislation Requirement and Employer HSE specifications and standards. Ensure Constructive Dialogue with Employer and Subcontractor on HSE matter.

Responsabilities:

· Be the direct interface point for HSE matter with Employer HSE coordinator

· Manage the HSE tasks for Project design, finalizing, implementing and keeping update the action log for process plant

· Develop Work Place Risk Assessment addressing all work processes

· Facilitate the Risk Assessment and Method Statements development for hazardous works

· Management of HSE work within the contract, including subcontractors

· Perform formal HSE communication with Employers working environment Coordinator, including ensuring that the client will receive contact information on all their subcontractors

· Facilitate start-up meetings, and on-boarding of new employees on site (site induction)

· Participate in safety meetings

· Control the initiation of tasks and ensuring adequate risk assessments for particularly hazardous work (work permit).

· Carry out safety inspections for the main contractor

· Participate in the Employer's safety inspections

· Handle the elaboration and implementation of the main contractor's HSE initiatives

· Participate in the Employer's HSE initiatives

· Processing, investigation and follow-up on incidents (observations, near-miss incidents and accidents) in collaboration with the Employer's working environment coordinator

Qualifications:

· At least 5 Years of experience in Oil&Gas Construction Plant with managing Position

· Degree related to Danish working environment coordinator course (documented)

· Regulation:  Act No. 268 of 18 March 2005 

· English and Danish fluent capability in writing and speaking

Required Competences:

· Detailed and deep knowledge about Danish working environment legislation and environmental legislation

· Strong Familiarity with International Safety Standards for the safe execution of Construction Works

· Strong Familiarity with risk Assessment methodology both for Design and Execution phase of the works

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work in team

· Regulation:  Act No. 268 of 18 March 2005
