Job Description

  • B2B Support - Manage and support B2B site content development needs and calendar on a daily basis from brief to execution with agency partners
  • Media Support – Provide support as requested to help activate the B2B Media plan
  • CCG Support – Work with sales counterparts to ensure lead management plan is being accurately managed and supported from a marketing program perspective
  • Agency Partner – Coordinate with the agency on daily projects and planning, lead as a project manager to ensure all deadlines and communication is flowing accurately for CCG brand needs
  • Budget – Submit PO’s and payments
  • Catalog – Support catalog needs from marketing team to ensure deadlines are being met, assets are delivered, routing is being complete, and the catalog is printed and delivered on time
  • Retail Support – Coordinate with brand team to provide content direction as needed for the PPE Retail needs such as the Guidebook/POS/renderings, and 3point5 training guide 
  • Tradeshows – Support trade show needs and on-site activation for the CCG tradeshows and events as needed
  • Production Support – Assist with planning, prep and follow up for video/photo shoots, which includes but is not limited to; wardrobe coordination and post production coordination to ensure selects are approved and assets are distributed as needed
  • Asset Management – Coordinate between agency and in-house users to secure images, art files, formats, etc. for various uses and, as appropriate, availability for accounts.
  • Manage and support other projects & assignments as requested, making sure that the brand voice is accurate and consistent throughout all communications
  • Administer assignments and responsibilities effectively and on time

Required Education

  • Related bachelor degree (BS or BA) or equivalent years of experience

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required
  • 2 or more years of marketing experience or 2 or more years of relevant project management experience
  • Experience managing multiple projects to deadline
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others and problem-solve in order to meet objectives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Self-starter, attention to detail, team player, problem-solver
  • Demonstrates an ability to collaborate with internal & external partners as necessary in order to accomplish objectives
  • Demonstrates successful organization & prioritization for multiple projects
