Conexess Group is aiding a Wilmington, DE based client in their search for a Business Systems Analyst.  This is a long term opportunity with a competitive compensation package.

Lead business partners to elicit, define, and document clear, concise, and measurable business requirements Plan and lead the requirements phase of a project, working closely with the project managers in the business and within IT Facilitate requirements walkthroughs to ensure all business needs are captured and understood for a project

  • Develop current state ("As Is") and future state ("To Be") business process flows
  • Experience working in healthcare insurance or employee benefits preferred
  • Participate in and recommend technical solutions for a project
  • Develop system data mapping documents required
  • Participate and drive Agile projects with the ability to create and refine Epics, Features and User Stories and also work in sprints within scrum teams required
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong interviewing skills, to talk with individuals and groups about their needs and ask the right questions to surface essential requirements information
  • Strong listening, analytical, observational & facilitation skills
  • Strong writing and communication skills, to write and communicate information effectively (simply, clearly, unambiguously, and concisely) to customers, managers, and technical staff
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Strong organizational skills, to work with the vast array of information gathered during elicitation and analysis and to cope with rapidly changing information
  • Results oriented with high regard for personal accountability
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative Strong self-starter and team player
