Sales Manager of Channel Agents - Dallas, TX

The Sales Manager will be an exceptional leader whose responsibility will including building and developing a team of Channel Agents in Kansas City, Houston / Conroe and Dallas, TX. The Manager also will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, mentoring and developing a winning channel sales team.

Essential Job Functions

  • Develop, drive and execute a strategic plan for the Channel sales vertical.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis & sales forecasting for all distribution channels to ensure gross and objectives are attained
  • Coach, develop and motivate employees to achieve both individual & company objectives
  • Develop key local strategic partner relationships for the market
  • Effectively manager operational & administrative process for local market
  • Partner with Marketing to roll out programs in support of local revenue goals
  • Ensure market profitability

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of sales management experience managing an outside sales team within a technology, software company.

Base $100k plus commission = $170k plus
