This company is dedicated to utilizing cutting edge technology. The Survey Project Manager will have many conventional and geospatial tools (GPS, terrestrial laser scanning, unmanned aerial systems, mobile mapping systems and hydrographic mapping systems) available to utilize on projects.

The Project Surveyor’s duties include production and delivery of control, boundary, topography, ALTA, right of way, and construction surveying services.

Additional duties include, but are not limited to:

-Performing survey calculations.
-Quality control oversight. 
-Directing survey field crew and office staff members in the performance of their duties and mentoring and coaching them to advance within the survey profession.

Basic Qualifications:

-Minimum 5 years of land surveying experience.
-Must have current Oregon PLS or obtain PLS license within a year if licensed out of state.
-Capable of self-managing projects, communicating well with clients and mentoring junior level staff members. 
-Experience with both public and private clients.
-Familiarity with state and county mapping requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Strong computer skills with CAD and Land Surveying software, such as: Civil 3D, Microstation, Leica and Trimble.
