This company is dedicated to utilizing cutting edge technology. The Survey Project Manager will have many conventional and geospatial tools (GPS, terrestrial laser scanning, unmanned aerial systems, mobile mapping systems and hydrographic mapping systems) available to utilize on projects.

The Survey Project Manager’s duties include writing proposals, developing and managing project budgets and schedules, managing survey crews and office staff in performing control, boundary, topography, ALTA, right of way and construction surveying services.

Additional duties include, but are not limited to:

-Develop tactical action plans for project and/or client pursuits.
-Develop new and maintain existing client relationships within the operating markets and regions.
-Perform survey calculations.
-Direct the field and office crewmembers in the performance of their duties and mentoring and coaching them to advance within the survey profession.

Basic Qualifications:

-Current Professional Land Surveyor's license.
-Capable of self-managing projects and communicating well with clients.
-Familiarity with state and county mapping requirements.
-Strong computer skills with CAD and Land Surveying software such as: AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation Open Roads as well as the Microsoft Office Suite.
