Description

Warwick area office is seeking a friendly and bright Front Desk Coordinator (Part Time) to join their team. You will perform administrative functions in order to drive company success. Ideal candidate will be organized and have a friendly and professional demeanor. Roughly 25 hours per week.

Requirements of the Front Desk Coordinator (Part Time):

  • Answer phones and emails
  • Prep formal documents as requested
  • Plan and schedule appointments
  • Greeting visitors
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks


 Qualifications for the Front Desk Coordinator (Part Time):

  • 1 year+ of reception/professional office experience
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Must have god working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
