HRIS Support Specialist

Are you a quick learner when it comes to technology who enjoys providing support for clients, troubleshooting and ensuring a great customer experience?
Resourcing Edge in Rockwall, TX is currently seeking a Support Specialist to join its HRIS Applications team at the corporate office location. This integral role assists clients on Kronos Work Force Ready through their initial implementation process and ongoing support issues. The ideal candidate will have technical support experience, excellent customer service skills and knowledge of payroll processing. 

Summary 

All aspects of the introduction, implementation, training, and support of HCM Solutions to Company clients. The primary focus will be on Kronos Work Force Ready including hardware used in connection with the application. 

Essential Duties 

  • Perform pre-sales product demonstrations
  • Lead requirement gathering sessions to understand client needs
  • Configuration of the application to support business processes
  • Execute implementation plans while exceeding expectations and meeting timelines for completion of assigned implementations
  • Test and troubleshoot final system setups to ensure quality and the best client experience
  • Provide training for multiple levels of users, including employees, managers, and payroll administrators
  • Provide end-user support during and after the implementation process
  • Overly communicate with client and internal team on status of implementations
  • Track work and activities in ClientSpace (CRM solution)
  • Communicate and interact with all levels of client management team
  • Working with team and peers to ensure that we meet timelines and expectations as a whole
