Description

Program Coordinator with experience prioritizing tasks and delivering effective communications. This role with work with and influence all levels of the organization including senior leadership. The CRM team is responsible for delivering enterprise customer relationship management solutions. The CRM team will drive our commitment to deliver on great customer experiences.
 

  • Manage day-to-day program priorities and communications that support and enable internal and external audiences.
  • Must be able to translate business tasks into clear communication
  • Ability to identify downstream impacts before they happen

  • Ability to drive projects from inception to implementation,
  • Must be able to determine and provide suggestions to best use SF platform and capabilities and tools to full potential
  • Ability to be the centralized business contact for contracts, needs and negotiations
  • Write and edit training materials, develop high level enterprise wide CRM system roadmaps and capabilities
  • Creatively write training guides and update SOPS

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills – Grammar skills are paramount
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership of projects
