Conexess Group is aiding a Nashville based client in their search for a QNXT Support Analyst.  This is a long term opportunity with a competitive compensation package. 

******We are unable to work C2C on this role******

  • Installation of tools to support Claims and Enrollment application.
  • Troubleshoot issues in non-production and production environments
  • Troubleshoot user related issues as reported to QNXT Infrastructure
  • Partner with QNXT teams on problem/outage resolution and environment refreshes
  • Deploy all code changes to non-production environments
  • Responsible for SQL Server Database Overlays
  • Plan and coordinate QNXT and other third party application software upgrades (application, database, HUB and EU Servers) in all environments
  • Perform QNXT installations to new server environments
  • Rotating on-call support
  • Work on custom automation solutions to support the team
  • Develop coding solutions
  • Able to install Microsoft operating systems on servers
  • Knowledge of SQL Server installation
  • History of SQL Server Support
  • Working knowledge of TSQL
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to communicate complex issues to business minded individuals
  • Good written communication
  • Help Desk support
  • 3 years of experience in same or similar field
  • Computer Science or similar degree
  • MCSE or similar certifications supporting Microsoft technologies preferred
