Career Evolutions is searching for a Director of Human Resources for a technology company in Phoenix, AZ. It’s a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with compensation up to $150,000 + Bonus + Benefits.

As the Director of HR you will serve as trusted advisor and strategic partner to the leadership team on all aspects of HR/People programs and effectively communicate processes & policies. You will develop and execute people strategies that lead to successful business outcomes. You will be a thought-leader driving growth-oriented, innovative HR solutions to employees and leaders at all levels.
You will also partner and collaborate across the organization, serving as a liaison between the business and regional HR to assess and drive strategies in the areas of recruitment & talent, employee engagement & training, total rewards, coaching & mentoring, change management and organization design. And be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated locations.
Implement a recruitment strategy to attract & retain local and national talent. And partner with leadership to build a strong and rewarding culture for employees. Deliver strategic HR support to leaders in order to support their business objectives, enhance team performance and increase effectiveness of the business. Lead and facilitate resolution of employee relations issues. Create training programs through performance assessment and career planning activities. Partner with regional and corporate HR functions to identify and share best practices.
Administer HRIS tool as it relates to client group requirements such as recruitment development, compensation and training modules. Build and develop meaningful analytics for resource planning and reporting. Own and deliver special regional HR initiatives or projects as required. Assist in onboarding and induction activities for new-hires. Maintain knowledge of current employment law and HR best practices and foster a “culture of excellence”.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Business/HR management or equivalent; Master’s degree a plus
8+ years within an HR Business Partner/HR managerial position in a high-tech, high-growth environments
Confident leadership skills with multi-cultural environment experience and sensitivity
Self-starter with outstanding problem-solver with solution-driven attitude
Strong executive presence and ability to partner and work in a matrixed environment
Strong customer service mindset, attention to quality & detail
Sound data and analytical ability with excellent computer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, other languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish)
A strong international and multicultural mindset with up to 25% travel
