Career Evolutions is searching for an Employee Branding Manager for a growing health and wellness company based in Phoenix, AZ. It's contract opportunity with compensation up to $35 per hour.

It's full-time contract position where you will be responsible for driving multiple programs that support the delivery of the brand to all locations. You will directly with internal and external teams to develop objectives, project scope, and structure. You will also manage successful launches of programs and evaluate efficiency and enhance programs on as needed basis.
Additionally, you will work with key partners, design plans for successful solutions to meet critical needs identified by the team. And, you will define and document program guidelines, roles, and KPIs. Gather, analyze, and report on identified program performance metrics. Create program documentation, develop proofs of concept, and build program timelines. Develop and / or prepare technical support document: Web pages, Lead Forms, System integrations. And manage Vendors as needed.
Finally, you will also be involved with planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events. There are several people involved and this person will have the knowledge of managing corporate events including events with a few hundred attendees as well as participating in the annual event hosting up to 3000 attendees.
2+ years of experience developing and managing value-driving programs (i.e. loyalty programs, partnership programs, grant/funding/award, community service/outreach, research programs, etc.)
Ability to problem-solve, innovate, and adjust to changing needs and circumstances
Exceptional planning skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage timelines
Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to present complex programs in easy-to-understand terms enabling a variety of audiences to understand the value
Collaborate with others at all levels of the organization
