Do you enjoy being the backbone of an office? We're looking for an Office Manager to be the President's right hand and perform necessary official duties in the Presidents absence/when not available but at her direction.
Duties to include Screening, recruiting and interviewing potential therapists, nurses, special education teachers. Identify qualified candidates based on clients' and/or/NYC DOE's/Westchester Department of Health and SWBOCES needs.
Maintain relationships with the CPSE and CSE's for both NYC DOE and Westchester County entities.
Work with President and Book Keeper to submit RFP's for new business within NYC DOE and all adjoining counties.
Stay current with all systems provided by clients (i.e. SESIS, CPSE Portal, etc.)
Protect organization's values by keeping information confidential.
Knowledge of Microsoft and G-Suite is a must.
Other Duties as indicated.
This job is full time Monday - Friday, hours are 8:00 - 5:00 or 8:30 - 5:30.
