Do you enjoy being the first face a customer sees when they arrive at the office? Our client is looking for a receptionist/office assistant to perform general office duties (copying, filing, sorting mail) in addition to answering the phones. In addition, the person would need to have a professional demeanor as the guests that have meetings in the office range from Board of Directors and top level Executives.
There is also a need for occasional projects using PowerPoint.
This job is full time Monday - Friday, hours are 8:00 - 5:00 or 8:30 - 5:30.
