About the Role
This role is highly visible, provides support to portfolio managers, and serves as an additional contact point for high net worth clients.
Relationship administrators effectively and efficiently meet client needs by providing the administrative support necessary to coordinate their assigned manager(s) day-to-day activities. The relationship administrator also carries out account maintenance activities, resolves account related problems, and assists with the preparation of client presentation materials.
Financial services industry or related experience is an important consideration, as is prior experience using client relationship management (CRM) software applications. Intermediate or higher level proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required.
