Our Little Rock office is looking for an executive administrator to support Inuvo’s executive team as well as support the office’s daily operations.   We are welcoming candidates with various backgrounds who would like to join a fast-paced advertising company.  The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills, ability to work independently, and experience to anticipate the needs of others. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Travel arrangements for executives
  • Calendar management for executives
  • Reporting/research/presentations
  • Expense management
  • Coordination of visitor meetings, board communications, press releases
  • Answering/returning calls
  • Vendor management and coordinator of office maintenance. 
  • Greeting guests, deliveries, acting as front door security
  • Ordering all office supplies, snacks, drinks, etc.
  • Responsible for keeping executive offices, employee meeting areas, and office kitchen clean and organized. 
  • Coordinate office special events. 
  • Any other administrative tasks as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Solid Word, Office, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Must have a personal vehicle for running company errands.
  • Must be trusted to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Demonstrated ability to think outside-the-box, while at the same time maintaining acceptable corporate standards and sensibilities.
