Responsibilities:

You will work with the Business Development Manager to grow our technology footprint, within the Canadian financial services marketplace

Interface with key decision makers and Senior leaders within each prospect

Work cross-functionally and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, I.T. and Strategy departments to ensure the growth of our SaaS platform offering

Own the entire lifecycle of each opportunity from initial engagement, demonstrations through to contract signature with support from the leadership team from Biz2Credit

Requirements/Key Attributes:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a leading accredited college/university

3-5 years of experience in business development, partner management, and/or strategic relationships

Lending, Banking, Financial Services or Fintech background strongly preferred

Must be a self-starter: the ability to work well independently with a high level of accountability

Collaboration & Influence: ability to successfully influence and bring together internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals

Communication: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with proficiency in PowerPoint

Creativity/Innovation: Generates new and innovative approaches to problems; open to new ways of doing things

Compensation for this role is a combination of based salary and commissions

This is a remote work situation within the Toronto area
