As the Partner Marketing Manager you will develop, plan, execute and track strategic marketing initiatives to drive revenue with key partners. You will also build marketing campaigns, manage partnerships, handle partner events with the goal of growing referral revenue from each channel.
You will take over current partnerships and execute on strategy to acquire and onboard new partners. Work closely with partners to develop messaging, awareness and enablement of products and services. You develop programs that drive lead growth, increase engagement, generate pipeline and deliver revenue with key partners. And develop and execute joint marketing programs with partners including events, content, webinars, podcasts and social media.
You ensure compelling materials for sales and customer success teams within strategic partners to use in driving customer demand for software products. And, recommend incentive strategies for partners to grow referral business. Forecast, measure and analyze the impact of programs on opportunity creation, pipeline and sales cycles; produce reports and dashboards to demonstrate campaign progress and partner success.
You aim to become a partner advocate and influence teams to increase referrals and build technology that grow relationships with partners. You enjoy working cross functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product while reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager.
You will have strong experience in B2B SaaS marketing, proven relationship management ability and success managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment. You must be scrappy and committed to making a difference, doing the right thing, and always driving extraordinary results.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business
5+ years’ experience in a partner marketing capacity and a deep understanding of software marketing and partner sales
Prior experience working in a fast growth start-up tech environment is required
Expertise in working with partners, building joint campaigns and driving sales
Ability to analyze & interpret metrics around partner marketing performance and adjust strategy
A successful track record of developing partner lead pipeline through webinars, email campaigns, events, and other creative programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
