Career Evolutions is looking for an IT Administrator for a fast-growing health-wellness company based in Phoenix, AZ. It's a Contract-to-Hire opportunity with a compensation up to $25 per hour.

As the IT Administrator, you will be responsible for all aspects of Systems Administration including servers, desktop systems, communication hardware/software, printers, scanners, surveillance systems and AV equipment. You will complete projects related to streamlining, cloud applications, manage routers, firewalls, and backup systems.


  • Vendor management  with office systems, such as: Internet, Network, and Printers
  • Troubleshooting Apple Hardware (iMac, MacBook, iPads, and iPhones)
  • Maintain and optimize performance of all deployed systems throughout the organization
  • Assist the VP of Technology with managing PRC and Boutique systems
  • Assist with new Boutique openings
  • New user onboarding and terminated user processing
  • Establish system specifications by conferring with users and by analyzing workflow, access, information, & security requirements
  • Maintain secure networking environment by designing system configuration standards and policies
  • Assess all systems through the lens of security and compliance
  • Use best methodologies to keep the network technologies current and compliant with all defined security standards
  • Provide support to Boutique management
  • Resolve issues within the POS software and support franchisees within the capabilities of the software using customer service and communication skills
  • Respond Zenoti and TRCA escalations on a timely manner
  • Develop and document processes in areas that are lacking
  • Communicate and train key personnel on newly established processes
  • Asset management and tagging
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading publications maintaining professional networks


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a degree in Information Technology is preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience in Information Systems
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service through both written and verbal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Be able to perform 24/7 Emergency support for PRC
