Description

Well funded 50M+ Software firm out of Boston is looking for sales leader:

 

Sales leader in high growth software company or team. Running team of 8 to 10, 10MM+

 

Hand on leadership, road worrier, that is focused on building with strong track record in recruiting and development of mangers and reps.

 

Strong customer presence, someone that adds value to the major deals when meeting a customer.

 

Scaling of teams, not just maintaining one he/she has inherited. 

 

Track record of a following, leaders and reps that have worked for him/her more than once.

 

Person that had made strong RVP’s in the past. i.e. grooming talent.

 

Ideally someone that has sold through a transition, an acquisition, moving from on site license to SaaS or new space.

 

MEDDIC or that type of process, very helpful.  Someone that knows how metrics are used to manage teams, forecasts and revenue.
