We are seeking an Office Assistant who shares the Ardon vision. This position will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the pharmacy, including phone and reception duties and shipping support

Primary Functions:
01.    Greets guests, facilitates security sign in and provides support when needed in the reception area.
02.    Answers and directs phone calls.
03.    Checks and distributes documents and correspondence.
04.    Receives, sorts and distributes incoming mail.
05.    Prepares and sends outgoing mailings and packages.
06.    Runs company errands as needed.
07.    Photocopying, scanning and faxing.
08.    Updates and maintains databases.
09.    Assembles print material and supply packets.
10.    Supports warehouse shipping activities, including shipping materials preparations.
11.    Maintains organization of workflow room, to include monitoring inventories and putting away supplies in a timely manner. 
12.    Maintains responsibility for organization of employee lunch room, to include monitoring standard lunch room supplies inventory, making coffee, unloading dishwashers daily and periodic cleaning of fridge.  
13.    Manages and maintains a clean and orderly environment in all Ardon common spaces including meeting, conference and training room spaces.  This includes maintenance of all A/V equipment. 
14.    Assists with onsite meeting arrangements, including equipment set up, meeting preparations and clean up. 
15.    Coordinates with catering vendors, including set up and clean up following staff appreciation lunches, business meetings and working lunch engagements. 
16.    Follows the company HR policies, Code of Conduct and all department policies and procedures including protecting confidential company; employee and customer information attending work punctually and regularly, and following good safety practices in all activities.
17.    Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

Required Skills:
01.    High School diploma or equivalent.
02.    Knowledge of relevant software applications including MS Office.
03.    Proficient in use of email and internet.
04.    Accurate keyboard skills.
05.    Knowledge of administrative procedures.
06.    Customer service orientation.
07.    Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
08.    Adaptability.
09.    Problem-solving skills.
10.    Attention to detail and accuracy.
11.    Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
12.    Ability to work well under pressure and with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities.
13.    Ability to come into work on time and on a daily basis.
14.    Maintain patient and company confidentiality.
15.    Must maintain a valid drivers license. 
16.    Ability to work equally well in a team environment or independently with medium supervision.
