Account Manager- Medical Device Sales/Advanced Wound Care Sales - Exciting young company that has recognized and highly established advanced wound care specialty products developed over the past 10 years with a VERY experienced team of advanced wound care sales representatives and sales management team that is hitting the ground running sustaining current business and adding new products. They are looking for a trail blazer who likes the excitement of a young company that is on a mission and wants to join the "A" team in advanced wound care.

Must have a MINIMUM 3 years of outside HEALTHCARE sales experience and very competitive and tenacious! Advanced Wound Care sales background is HIGHLY desired!  THEY value a RN or BSN (or RD) with sales background in this role as well (but not required). This Advanced Wound Care Sales position is centered upon multiple call points throughout the continuum of care with a primary focus on Wound Care Centers (60%), Acute Care Hospitals (20%), Wound Care physicians (10%) and alternate care- LTC, HH and DME (10%).

 

Position Location and Coverage:

  • Based out of Dallas, TX or Fort Worth TX 
  • Covering Dallas, N. TX, Oklahoma 
  • Travel and overnights required - 4 to 6 overnights per month  


Compensation:

  • $130,000 to $135,000 total compensation (base 80K - 85K plus uncapped commission 50K++) 
  • Top range of base pay dependent upon experience
  • $800 Car Allowance plus gas card
  • Reimbursable Travel 
  • Full Medical Benefit package

*4 year college degree
*Minimum 3 years of outside Healthcare sales experience
*Driven person who is motivated by success!
*Advanced Wound Care background HIGHLY desired
Optional Skills

*Not required, but a big plus for a nurse (RN or BSN) with sales experience or Registered Dietitian (RD) or other clinical background who has outside sales experience.
