Career Evolutions is searching for a Service Desk Analyst for a fast-growing tech company in the Phoenix-metro area. Full-time, Contract-to-Hire opportunity with compensation up to $18.00 per hour.

You will provides front-line desktop and systems support to internal users in a Microsoft-based infrastructure including Windows 10 desktops, Network support, Application support and hardware support. You will also be responsible for collecting information through a customer conversation, accessing support tools, and additional support staff.
You will also review incoming Help Desk tickets to diagnose problems, gather additional information, identify solutions, and assign to other IT resources as applicable. And provides prompt, technical application support to nationwide locations. Analyzes and resolves incidents and requests regarding use of application software or hardware. Logs and tracks incidents and requests from identification through resolution.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalent, preferred Associates degree.
Minimum 1-year experience in a help desk or call center environment; 2+ years preferred
Functional knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and office applications
Ability to blend creativity, problem solving, and technical skills to support end-users
Hours are 6 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday. After hours or weekend support may be needed from time to time for special projects. No travel is required.
