As a Business Development Manager, you will help your clients exceed their goals and tackle new challenges daily. You will use your business experience to help clients grow their businesses by using our client’s products, solutions, and services.
You will serve as an inbound sales closer able to control your income and enjoy hitting the ground running by plugging into a proven sales system. You enjoy a consultative sales approach to become a trusted advisor to your clients to help their businesses thrive.
You manage portfolio / territory / business according to an agreed market development strategy. You upsell existing accounts and generate new accounts and develop and grow existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods. You deliver presentations on products and services and also participate in trade shows.
You’re a smart, self-directed team member who uses well-developed systems, marketing, and leadership for support. You are also passionate about helping others succeed and improving their lives. And, you’re a professional, motivated, energetic and work well alone and as a member of a group. You are resilient and able to face rejection on a regular basis and focus on self-development and personal growth.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, MBA is a plus
- 3+ years’ experience working in B2B sales and business development roles preferably in the such industries as SaaS, Software, Consulting
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Excellent customer services and problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
