Accounting Support Specialist IV - Charlotte, NC
The ideal candidate will handle invoice processing via data entry or validation and resolve invoice exceptions to enable accurate and timely payments to suppliers/vendors. They will be able to communicate professionally with other departments and management as well as with our suppliers to resolve discrepancies arising from invoicing or receiving issues. Successful candidates will maintain productivity levels, accuracy and provide customer service both internally and externally.
They will also be able to handle change and adapt to new processes, procedures and technologies.
Knowledge of AP function and processes Familiarity with financial systems and ERPs Demonstrated effective/successful system integration and user acceptance testing skills Experience with computers and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Experience in a Shared Services environment Organization and follow-through skills Experience and familiarity with Oracle Invoice, Kofax Total Agility, OCR
Experience Required 3+ years accounts payable or finance experience
Experience Preferred Experience Preferred 5+ years accounts payable
Education Required Associates Degree in relevant field in Finance, Accounting, or Mathematical studies
