Career Evolutions is searching for a Client Service Representative for a growing tech company in Phoenix, AZ. It’s a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity with a total compensation up to $15 per hour + Benefits.

You will support projects and provide excellent customer service and also supports other internal departments with administrative duties and projects which is an excellent way to quickly learn about aspect of our client’s organization.
Your exceptional experience, skills in direct client communications, proficiency with Microsoft products and ability to learn software quickly, will enable you to work effectively with clients. The team is reliable, detail focused, highly organized, and committed to following through on its responsibilities. Additionally, the customer service department is staffed by helpful, positive people who solve problems on a daily basis, and who often move up to other positions within our client’s organization.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of experience in an office environment with customer service and administrative/project support responsibilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite is required
- Excellent customer services and problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
