PropacPayless is a leading specialty service pharmacy, we offer a wide range of customized pharmacy services for the following markets: 
•    Skilled nursing/intermediate care facilities
•    Assisted living/residential care centers
•    Behavioral health communities
•    Correctional facilities

We are seeking a full time Automation Manager to support our Vancouver, Washington facility.  The Automation Manager oversees the automation department and E2 machine.

Primary Functions:

  1. Manage scheduling and employee performance for department.
  2. Train new staff as needed.
  3. Work with MTS to maintain machine operations.
  4. Filling automated E2 machine canisters with medications.
  5. Restocking shelves with drug purchases.
  6. Organizing cards that have been taken off the automated packing machine.
  7. Creating jobs / runs on the E2 machine.
  8. Restocking consumable on the machine such as blisters foil backing.
  9. Purchasing medications needed for upcoming jobs.
  10. Ability to swiftly and accurately maintain workflow in high-volume long-term care pharmacy.
  11. Performs all other duties as assigned.

  6. Maintains neat appearance, good personal hygiene and appropriate attire.
  7. Participates in continuing education, training, in-services, and attends staff meetings as required.
  8. Assists with projects as assigned and performs other related duties.

Required Skills

Required Skills
• Washington Pharmacy Technician License with National Pharmacy Technician License
• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Pharmacy Technician experience preferred
• Strong organizational and detail orientation skills a must
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team oriented environment a must
• Experience with Framework data entry, DocuTrack and Microsoft Office a plus
• Proficient in dosage calculations
• Must be able to stand 6-8 hours a day
• Lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
