PropacPayless is a leading specialty service pharmacy, we offer a wide range of customized pharmacy services for the following markets: 
•    Skilled nursing/intermediate care facilities
•    Assisted living/residential care centers
•    Behavioral health communities
•    Correctional facilities

We are seeking a full time Facilities Maintenance Coordinator. 

Primary Functions:

  1. Assists the Director of Facilities Lead in communicating with contractors, vendors and/or property management to provide routine service/repair for building, furniture and equipment.
  2. Responds expeditiously to miscellaneous internal facilities requests and demands.
  3. Inspects Executive Vehicles regularly. Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs as needed.
  4. Assist in cleaning and rebuilding Medication Carts as needed.
  5. Assists in maintaining storage inventory and maintenance work area on a regular basis.
  6. Backs up in scheduling document retention and retrieval activities.
  7. Backs up in scheduling, tracking and logging employees’ complaints, concerns, demands, requests, and needs.
  8. Backs up in scheduling, tracking, and logging vendors’ activities and services.
  9. Maintains a good and professional relationship with all vendors and customers.
  10. Proactively assists in maintaining the appearance and functionality of the Vancouver Pharmacy.
  11. Responds to safety issues appropriately and immediately.
  12. Provides new or replacement keys to locking furniture.
  13. Assists in providing necessary equipment and room configurations in the Boardroom and Training Rooms.
  14. Assists in enforcing Fire Safety Standards.
  15. Assists in looking for quality, cost-effective solutions to Facility’s needs.
  16. Performs other duties as assigned by Management.

  6. Maintains neat appearance, good personal hygiene and appropriate attire.
  7. Participates in continuing education, training, in-services, and attends staff meetings as required.
  8. Assists with projects as assigned and performs other related duties.

Required Skills
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a good driving record. Must be auto insurable on our corporate auto policy and remain so at all times.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in facilities or as a handyman preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems desirable.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor problems. Systems furniture knowledge desirable.
• Basic skills using small power and hand tools.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Organizational, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities.
• Work after hours and weekends when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and project a professional image.
