Description

We are looking for a team-oriented, innovative, positive and hardworking individual to provide a full range of administrative support based to a team of busy executives. The Executive Assistant is a vital role in this organization. 

Responsibilities:
Provides a high level of executive administrative skills. This individual also handles confidential business matters, works independently on special assignments and maintains smooth operation of the office responsibilities of the executive team. Operates independently in absence of the Executives, calling on staff when required. 
Update, organize, and coordinate meetings, often across multiple time zones and markets 
Assist with travel arrangements including booking of flights, hotels and car reservations, and other documents as required for staff to travel to global locations (Visa requirements, immunizations, etc.) 
Complete and submit expense reports 
Maintain department calendars 
Maintain strong interpersonal relationships with employees at all levels of the organization 
Prepare and review reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and finished documents relevant to executives' assignments 
Work effectively using Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or other software as required 
Develop and maintain effective business contacts with vendors and services 
May be required to contribute to projects and activities not included in other principal accountabilities to assist in the accomplishment of business objectives and professional development 
Maintain effective communication with clients 
Professionally answer and direct incoming calls 
Collaborate with other administrators in support of the team as necessary 

Required Skills:
Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
4-year college degree. 
Outstanding ability to develop and maintain positive and effective interactions and working relationships at all levels, including senior management and global partners, both verbally and in writing. 
The flexibility and resiliency to work well under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and quickly adapt to rapidly changing needs and priorities. 
Ability to gain full working knowledge of the company’s structure, key personnel and organizational policies and procedures.
