A busy medical practice is seeking an experienced and hardworking Medical Admin Clerk.  Interested candidates should possess previous Medical Receptionist or Admin Assistant experience and have excellent customer service and superior patient care skills.

Responsibilities of the Medical Admin Clerk:

  • Greeting patients upon their arrival
  • Checking patients in and out
  • Collecting co-pays and verifying insurance
  • Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
  • Answering the very busy multi-line phone system
  • General administrative duties as assigned


Requirements of this Medical Admin Clerk:

  • 1-2 years+ Medical Receptionist or Front Desk experience
  • Knowledge of HIPPA policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in basic medical terminology 
  • Excellent customer service skills dealing with patients
  • Strong attention to detail and team-oriented personality
  • Excellent computer and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and to be extremely organized
