Associate Medical Device Sales Representative -Hospital; Huge opportunity to BREAK INTO MEDICAL DEVICE SALES for early career college graduate with a global leader and strong growth medical device company. They are seeking an outside sales B2B Sales person with a MINIMUM of 1 year of outside sales experience. This is a company that prides itself with excellent products that are patient need focused and a wonderful company culture.  They are willing to train the inexperienced non-medical sales background person into the device sales world!  They will still accept resume's from early career (no more than 2 years) pharma sales people or device IF their salary package is a "step-up" from your current income. They are open to relocation candidates, BUT no relocation expense reimbursement will be provided.

 

Working under the direction of their very experienced and award winning Area Sales Director, you will be responsible for educating (in-servicing) their existing and new customer base (nurses and doctors) in the Acute Care Market Segment (Hospitals are their main focus) and supporting their sales team.  As a product expert you will work with their distributors partners on their line of products and take part in vendor fairs and other promotional activities.  With successful employment this Associate Sales position will lead to promotion into a full Territory Manager Sales position (must be open to possibly moving where the promotion opportunities arise, relocation assistance would be provided, or be patient for local openings IF THEY ARISE.  
 

Position Location and Coverage:
  • Candidate can live in the Dallas/Fort Worth TX area 
  • You will provide in-serving and educational sales support specifically in the Dallas Fort Worth Area, but also throughout the South Central Region and occasionally help out in other regions as needed.
  • Up to 50% overnights 
Compensation:
  • Base 50K to 60K plus 15K commission
  • Total income potential range 65K to 75K
  • Issued a COMPANY CAR with all maintenance and ALL related expenses covered OR personal auto reimbursement 
  • All Reimbursed Travel and Entertainment
  • Full medical, dental benefits and 401K

 

CAREER TIPS:

Required Skills

*MUST have 4 year college degree.
*Minimum 1 year of OUTSIDE sales experience
*Must be willing and eager to travel up to 50% (overnights)
*HUGE opportunity for a high energy recent college graduate!
*Very occasional weekend work needed when in-servicing hospitals (usually within a team approach with co-workers).
Optional Skills

*A BIG plus to have an overall GPA 3.0 or higher
*A BIG plus to have current ADP Sales or Paychex Sales or Cintas Sales or Aramark Sales or DME sales background
*A BIG plus if your undergrad is in Kinesiology or Biology or other related scientific program
