Career Evolutions is searching for a Sales Coordinator with a medical device company in Scottsdale, AZ. It’s a direct-hire, full-time opportunity paying up to $45,000 + benefits.

You will be responsible for order processing, customer service, and record keeping. You need to be able to focus and coordinate the efforts of internal team members, outside sales representatives, and third-party suppliers, to ensure delivery of products in a timely manner.
You will develop professional relationships with Customers, Outside Independent Sales Reps, and Internal Company Team. And, build a knowledge base of each customer’s business, organization, and objective.
Initiate, track and complete life cycle of order within QuickBooks Enterprise
Complete timely order process of Customer Purchase Orders while ensuring Sales Order matches Customer Purchase Order
Confirm accuracy of Vendor Bills when received; coordinate adjustments with Accounting
Ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing from completed sales order
Understand pricing model and billing procedures and also track product delivery progress
Coordinate services and installations with subsidiary company
High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates degree or Bachelor’s a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, active environment
Background in product sales process environment and able to effectively apply best practices, methodology and order standards
Ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information in a tactful manner
Ability to ensure sales documents are complete and maintained appropriately
Proven successful day-to-day interaction with Customer, Supplier, and Team Members
Ability to take ownership of order and apply team approach to problem resolution as needed
Hands-on working experience QuickBooks Pro Desktop or QuickBooks Enterprise
Strong work ethic and ability to work M-F, 40 hours per week
Ability to recognize and revise priorities as needed
Excellent attention to detail, organizational and prioritization skills
