PropacPayless is a leading specialty service pharmacy, we offer a wide range of customized pharmacy services for the following markets: 
•    Skilled nursing/intermediate care facilities
•    Assisted living/residential care centers
•    Behavioral health communities
•    Correctional facilities

We are seeking a full time Account Recovery Representative to support our Vancouver facility.  This position communicates with patients and/or responsible parties and works closely with Billing Representatives regarding the status their accounts.  

Primary Functions

01. Make consistent calls to patients, responsible parties, etc. to collect on past due accounts.

02. Mail past due letters, discontinuation notices, and other correspondence to delinquent accounts and alert facilities.

03. Document status updates in patient profile.

04. Take and process credit card and e-check payments.

05. Follow up on accounts to ensure the account is current.

06. Send 30 day collections notices on delinquent accounts and if necessary refer to outside collection agency.

06. Maintains neat appearance, good personal hygiene and appropriate attire.
07. Participates in continuing education, training, in-services, and attends staff meetings as required.
08. Assists with projects as assigned and performs other related duties.

Required Skills
• Knowledge of Medicaid regulations and insurance filing procedures a must.
• Pharmacy Assistant License to be obtained.
• Vocational or Associate Degree with basic accounting or business office studies, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to maintain basic accounting records and understand reports.
• Ability to accurately problem-solve booking and billing issues
• Experience with PC and Microsoft Word and Excel a must.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
